Resumo: The present work, developed for the conclusion of the Architecture and Urbanism course at the University of Southern Santa Catarina - UNISUL, aims to develop an architectural project of a village for the elderly, in the city of Braço do Norte, Santa Catherine. A new proposal for collective housing, a place that offers a variety of services, community areas that integrate housing, leisure, living, entertainment and culture, which move away from the idea of asylum, transforming and encouraging healthy and active aging, promoting the integration of their families. users. To reach the final result of this work, studies were conducted in theoretical and projectual frameworks, in order to seek grounding for the full understanding of the objective of the work. Finally, the concept and party of the proposal was presented, aiming at the architectural proposal of a set of residences located in the city of Braço do Norte.

Uma nova proposta de moradia coletiva, um local que dispõem de serviços variados, áreas comunitárias que integram habitação, lazer, convivência, entretenimento e cultura, que afastam da ideia de asilo, transformando e incentivando o envelhecimento saudável e ativo, promovendo a integração de seus usuários. Para chegar ao resultado final deste trabalho, foram realizados estudos em referenciais teóricos e projetuais, a fim de buscar embasamento para a compreensão total do objetivo do trabalho.
