Resumo: This work is a case study, in the Municipality of Morro da Fumaça - SC, and aimed at identifying the risks occupational in a ceramic industry. Through the field output it´s can identify and analyze the risks, together with their agents and their generating sources. Circumstantial knowledge of all sectors in a wide way: extraction of raw material, preparation of ceramic mass, mechanical conformation, burning and shipping, as the strict form: machinery, vehicles, equipment and workers. It was of great importance for the development of the subsidies for the inscription of the risks that are exposed the worker. Subsequently, the risks found were associated with the damages to health. Concludes out be a work very problematic with risk physical, chemical, ergonomic and suscetibilities actions, than not being well generated, cause to the issue of the risk to their collaborators.

Através da visita a campo pode-se identificar e analisar os riscos, juntamente, com o seus agentes e suas fontes geradoras. O entendimento circunstanciado de todos setores de uma forma ampla: extração da matéria prima, preparação de massa, conformação mecânica, queima e expedição, como da forma estrita: máquinas, veículos, equipamentos e trabalhadores. Foi de grande importância para o desenvolvimento do estudo fornecendo subsídios para o reconhecimento dos riscos que estão expostos o trabalhador. Posteriormente, associou-se os riscos encontrados aos consequentes danos à saúde.
