Efetividade da Lei Maria da Penha: análise processual da aplicabilidade das medidas protetivas de urgência na comarca de Imaruí/SC

The objective of this study is to analyze the effectiveness and application of emergency protective measures provided for the Maria da Penha Law during the years 2017 and 2018 on the county of Imaruí/SC. The nature of the research as to the level was descriptive quantitative and qualitative approach. The method used for data collection were: bibliographic, documentary and data collection research. The research technique was consisted on data collection on the System of Automation of Justice (SAJ) of Justice’s Court of the State of Santa Catarina and questioning the magistrate of the county of Imaruí/SC. 67 (sixty-seven) Domestic Violence in the county of Imaruí/SC, in the years 2017 and 2018, were analyzed using a form for documentary cataloging created by the author. Proceedings in which there was no application of Emergency Protective Measures were excluded. The questionnaire applied to the magistrate followed the script created also by the author. The analysis of the data concludes by the partial effectiveness in the application of emergency protective measures in the county of Imaruí/SC, as well as, the possibility of solving the problems found in that county, through the implementation of assistance programs.
