Resumo: The article reflects on the different powers activated by the use of the clothes, from the memories that are agglutinating in the pieces, to the devices of forgetfulness present in costumes that provoke the mimesis with the landscape. The clothes are approached from personal experiences and theoretical readings, using a methodology that relates dissonant voices and does not hierarchize the sources of research. Through examples of fashion, art and literature, a narrative is developed that explores the user’s relationship with his or her costume.

As roupas são abordadas a partir de vivências pessoais e leituras teóricas com uma metodologia que relaciona vozes dissonantes e não hierarquiza as fontes de pesquisa.
