Resumo: This paper intends to pinpoint and to comprehend the importance of stylist profession in the fashion market. In order to do so, we will observe the importance to build images in the São Paulo Fashion Week shows from its five constituent elements as follows: environment by Ellus, casting by Karlla Girotto, choreography by Jum Nakao, looks edition by Alexandre Herchcovitch and soundtrack by Fause Haten. Through the performances which were studied, we can understand that styling, made or not by the stylist, is as important as the clothes themselves since the development of the fashion show affects the way it is perceived.

Para tal observamos sua relevância na construção de imagens nos desfiles da São Paulo Fashion Week a partir dos cinco elementos constituintes do evento: ambientação da Ellus, casting de Karlla Girotto, coreografia de Jum Nakao, edição de looks de Alexandre Herchcovitch e trilha sonora de Fause Haten.
