Resumo: | The present study comes from reflections about expressions of resistance which emerged in the social movements of punk fashion in the 1970s and the slow movement triggered in the 1990s. The investigation consists of bibliographical research with a qualitative approach and seeks to understand how the social context can boost resistance phenomena. The dialogue about contemporary society is based on the theories of Lipovetsky (2004); Bauman (2001); Aquino and Martins (2007); Hoden (2009), and Han (2015). The discussions between the authors pointed to motivational intersections between the Punk and Slow fashion movements, which are characterized as forms of resistance to productivism and consumerism. |
