Resumo: The authors relate their experience in the anterior floor meningoencephaloceles surgical treatment, excised by the intracranial pathway and extradural approach. They compare their results on five cases operated according to this technique, with other six cases treated in the same Department using other surgical procedures and with those in the literature.
