Resumo: Our objective was to assess the behavior of dentistry graduates in fighting crossed infection. It were applied 117 questionnaires with students from the 5th to the 9th semester. The answers were submitted to descriptive analysis with qui-square association and exact of Fisher (p=0,05) tests. 22,22% of interviewees always use all the EPIs, 70,9% don’t avoid touching surfaces when with gloves; 85,2% wash theirs hands before and after service, 15,7% believe that gloves don’t have any micro orifice and all use liquid soap and paper towel. The results showed that the graduates don’t follow the measures of control of crossed infection adequately.

Foram aplicados 117 questionários com alunos do 5º ao 9º período. As respostas foram submetidas à análise descritiva com testes de associação de qui-quadrado e exato de Fisher (p = 0,05). Dos entrevistados, 22,22% utilizam sempre todos os EPIs, 70,9% não evitam tocar superfícies quando enluvados; 85,2% lavam as mãos antes e depois do atendimento, 15,7% acreditam que luvas não tem microperfurações e todos utilizam sabão líquido e papel toalha.
