Resumo: Criminal behavior is related to several psychological and behavioral aspects. Feldman described Observational Learning, a term that refers to responses acquired without any direct reinforcement for the learner. The effects of operational learning include the acquisition of new patterns of behavior, the strengthening or weakening of previously acquired inhibitions, and the facilitation of previously learned responses. Certainly if the model is a criminal individual, this deviant behavior can be observed and repeated. This publication aims to shed light on this phenomenon, so that it can be better understood and addressed, and that in the near future we can make use of effective crime prevention tools.
