Resumo: | The objective of this article was to present a protocol for obtaining platelet derivatives that allows its use in facial aesthetic procedures. Methods: Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) was obtained from blood collection in 6 tubes of 10 ml BD Vacutainer® 0.109 mol / L Buffered Sodium Citrate that were centrifuged in a 150G for 15 minutes. Then, the yellow portion of each tube was collected, and the content obtained divided into two tubes (Vacuette® tube, 9 ml, Greiner Bio-One International, without additives) which were centrifuged again at 300 g for 5 minutes. A plasma portion of 60% of the tube volume was aspirated into a 3 ml syringe and placed in a syringe warmer (APAG, Silfradent®) at 75ºC for 15 minutes to obtain a plasma gel. The remaining portion was gently mixed to resuspend the platelets in the remaining plasma thus forming a concentrated Platelet Rich Plasma. The PRP Plasma Gel was then obtained by mixing the heated Plasma Gel with the PRP concentrate in a 1:1 ratio. 2:1 and 3:1 to achieve different gel densities suitable for aesthetic purposes. Discussion: The PRP Plasma Gel produced using the 5G protocol is a practical alternative to the use of commercial fillers in some facial areas. The growth factors of the platelet concentrate, its angiogenic factors and fibrin promote tissue rejuvenation, repairing the fibers and cells lost by aging. Conclusion: The use of the PRP Plasma Gel obtained by the proposed protocol is a simple, safe and accessible procedure for a greater number of patients, promoting a progressive improvement of the skin. |

Métodos: El plasma rico en plaquetas (PRP) se obtuvo de la extracción de sangre en 6 tubos de 10 ml de BD Vacutainer® 0.109 mol / L de citrato de sodio tamponado que se centrifugaron en una centrífuga de laboratorio 150G durante 15 minutos. Luego, se recogió la porción amarilla, de cada tubo y el contenido obtenido se dividió en dos tubos (tubo Vacuette®, 9 ml, Greiner Bio-One International, sin aditivos) que se centrifugaron nuevamente a 300 g durante 5 minutos. Se aspiró una porción de plasma del 60% del volumen del tubo en una jeringa de 3 ml y se colocó en un calentador de jeringa (APAG, Silfradent) a 75ºC durante 15 minutos para obtener un gel de plasma. La porción restante se agitó suavemente para ressuspender las plaquetas en el plasma restante formando así un plasma concentrado rico en plaquetas. Luego se obtuvo el gel de plasma PRP mezclando el gel de plasma calentado con el concentrado de PRP en una relación 1: 1. 2: 1 y 3: 1 para lograr diferentes densidades de gel adecuadas para fines estéticos. Discusión: El gel de plasma PRP producido con el protocolo 5G es una alternativa práctica al uso de rellenos comerciales en algunas áreas faciales. Los factores de crecimiento del concentrado de plaquetas, sus factores angiogénicos y la fibrina promueven el rejuvenecimiento de los tejidos, reparando las fibras y células perdidas por el envejecimiento. Conclusión: El uso de PRP Plasma Gel obtenido por el protocolo propuesto es un procedimiento simple, seguro y accesible para un mayor número de pacientes, promoviendo una mejora progresiva de la piel.O objetivo do presente artigo foi apresentar um protocolo de obtenção de derivados plaquetários que permite a sua utilização em procedimentos estéticos faciais. Métodos: O Plasma Rico em Plaquetas (PRP) foi obtido a partir da coleta de sangue em 6 tubos de 10 ml BD Vacutainer® de Citrato de Sódio Tamponado 0,109 mol/L que foram centrifugados a 150G por 15 minutos. A seguir foi coletada a porção amarela de cada tubo e o conteúdo obtido dividido em dois tubos (Tubo Vacuette®, 9 ml, Greiner Bio-One International, sem aditivos) que foram centrifugados novamente a 300 g por 5 minutos. Uma porção do plasma de 60% do volume do tubo foi aspirada em seringa de 3 ml e colocada em um aquecedor de seringas (APAG, Silfradent) a 75ºC por 15 minutos para obtenção do gel de plasma. A porção restante foi gentilmente agitada para ressuspender as plaquetas no plasma restante formando assim Plasma Rico em Plaquetas concentrado. O PRP Plasma Gel foi obtido mesclando o Gel de Plasma aquecido com o concentrado de PRP na proporção de 1:1, 2:1 e 3:1 para conseguir densidades diferentes de gel adequadas a indicação estética. Discussão: O PRP Plasma Gel produzido usando o protocolo 5G é uma alternativa prática ao uso de preenchedores comerciais em algumas áreas faciais. Os fatores de crescimento do concentrado plaquetário, seus fatores angiogênicos e a fibrina promovem o rejuvenescimento do tecido, reparando as fibras e células perdidas pelo envelhecimento.
