A Avaliação Atitudinal no Ensino Superior e o Desenvolvimento da Inteligência Emocional: uma análise semântica

Resumo: The objective of this research is to describe the relationship between the development of the attitudinal component in Higher Military Education and the theories of emotional intelligence through a semantic analysis. To this purpose, the epistemological bases of competency-based teaching were explored, as well as the theoretical framework related to emotional intelligence and the official documents that regulate Higher Military Education since the adoption of Competency-Based Teaching in the Agulhas Negras Military Academy (AMAN). The limits for the research are related to the legislations that regulate Higher Military Education within the period between 2010 and 2022. The research question is: how is attitudinal assessment related to the development of emotional intelligence in students trained at AMAN? The chosen methodology consists of a descriptive, qualitative approach, using bibliographic research based on content analysis that combines official documents and analytical literature. The data suggest that attitudinal assessment in Higher Military Education enables the development and the assessment of emotional intelligence by students. We indicate paths for prospect developments, presenting the feasibility of stimulating the development of emotional intelligence in higher education through macroalterations and suggesting new research to measure our hypothesis.

Para isso, foram exploradas as bases epistemológicas do ensino por competências, o arcabouço teórico atinente à inteligência emocional e os documentos oficiais que regulam o Ensino Superior Militar a partir da adoção do Ensino por Competências na Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (AMAN). Os limites para a pesquisa estão relacionados às legislações que regulam o Ensino Superior Militar, com o recorte temporal constituído pelo período de 2010 a 2022. Adota-se a pergunta de pesquisa: como a avaliação atitudinal relaciona-se com o desenvolvimento de inteligência emocional nos discentes formados na AMAN? A metodologia empregada adota uma abordagem descritiva, qualitativa, utilizando a pesquisa bibliográfica com base na análise de conteúdo que combina documentos oficiais e literatura analítica. Constatamos que os dados sugerem que a avaliação atitudinal no Ensino Superior Militar possibilita o desenvolvimento e a avaliação da inteligência emocional por parte dos discentes.
