Resumo: This article aims to present the strategic design of the consolidated framework of Startup Teams structured throughout the exploratory case study with practical tests carried out with SEBRAE/PE employees. Startup Teams consist of teams formed by employees of the institution, acting in the way of startups (agility, co-creation, constant prototyping, scalable business models) associated with an open innovation process. This framework makes it possible to have a clear view of the entire project-based learning process and its impacts on the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the institution’s employees, which can serve as a basis for other companies to use in their innovation projects.

Los Startup Teams son equipos formados por empleados de la institución, actuando a la manera de las startups (agilidad, co-creación, prototipado constante, modelos de negocio escalables) asociadas a un proceso de innovación abierta. Este framework permite tener una visión clara de todo el proceso de aprendizaje basado en proyectos y sus impactos en los conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes de los empleados de la institución, lo que puede servir de base para que otras empresas lo utilicen en sus proyectos de innovación.Este artigo visa apresentar o design estratégico do framework consolidado dos Startup Teams estruturado ao longo do estudo de caso exploratório com testes práticos realizados com os colaboradores do SEBRAE/PE. Os Startup Teams consistem em times formados por colaboradores internos da instituição, atuando segundo o modo das startups (agilidade, co-criação, prototipação constante, modelos de negócios escaláveis) associados a um processo de inovação aberta.
