Resumo: The text analyzes five works of art made by different artists in the second half of the 20th century which produced, at different times and places, art events where music, film and video produced environments, installations, happenings and art projects networks in the mass telecommunication media. In an innovative mix, the art events incorporated dance, poetry, fashion and performance, bringing the “object” of art to spaces and environments other than those of museums and galleries, but also to a communication network. In these events the body had a central role in an interaction with rock, samba, tropicália and pop music.

En una mezcla innovadora, la obra-evento incorporó danza, poesía, moda y performance, llevando el “objeto” del arte a espacios y entornos distintos a los de museos y galerías, pero también a una red de comunicación. En estos eventos el cuerpo tuvo un papel central en una interacción con el rock, la samba, la tropicália y la música popO texto analisa cinco eventos realizados por diferentes artistas na segunda metade do século XX, que produziram obras-acontecimento, nas quais criações visuais, música, filme e vídeo resultaram em ambientes, happenings ou programas de arte inseridos nos meios de comunicação de massa. Numa mesclagem inovadora, essas obras-acontecimento incorporaram ainda a dança, a poesia, a moda e a performance, levando o “objeto” de arte para outros espaços e ambientes que não apenas os de museus e galerias, mas também para as redes telecomunicativas.
