Design and selection of materials: jewelry design as a means of developing new practices for the use of Niobium

Resumo: To explore the potential of Niobium, it is necessary for the enhancement of its characteristics, to use Jewelry Design as a means of maximizing the use of physical capacities, such as, for example, biocompatibility and the ability to apply anodic films on its surface. The results revealed a microstructure of deformed grains and with homogeneous characteristics as to the values obtained in the microhardness test of 148.42HV 0.1Kgf / mm², with the standard deviation of 4.41, with the punk culture the common forms of hair were idealized and this was designed in 2D and 3D for the advanced manufacturing process of wire EDM machining with a cutting speed of 6mm/ s that evidenced the success in the edge effect, without burr, dimensional adequacy and the surface was not affected. For the anodization process it was carried out with electrochemical solution (10% H3 PO4 + 90% H2 O) and voltage at 120v.

Los resultados revelaron una microestructura de granos deformados y con características homogéneas en cuanto a los valores obtenidos en la prueba de microdureza de 148.42HV 0.1Kgf / mm², con la desviación estándar de 4.41, con la cultura punk se idealizaron las formas comunes de cabello y esto fue diseñado en 2D y 3D para el proceso de fabricación avanzado de mecanizado por electroerosión por hilo con una velocidad de corte de 6mm / s que evidenció el éxito en el efecto filo, sin rebaba, adecuación dimensional y la superficie no se vio afectada. Para el proceso de anodización se realizó con solución electroquímica (10% H3 PO4 + 90% H2 O) y voltaje a 120v.Explorar o potencial do Nióbio, se faz necessário para a valorização de suas características, utilizar o Design de joias como meio de maximiza o uso das capacidades físicas, como, por exemplo, a biocompatibilidade e a capacidade de aplicar filmes anódicos em sua superfície. Os resultados revelaram uma microestrutura de grãos deformados e com característica homogênea quanto aos valores obtidos no ensaio de microdureza de 148,42HV 0,1Kgf/mm², com o desvio padrão de 4,41, com a cultura punk foi idealizado as formas comuns os cabelos e isso foi projetado em 2D e 3D para o processo de manufatura avançada de usinagem em eletroerosão a fio com velocidade de corte de 6mm/s que evidenciou o êxito quanto ao efeito de borda, sem rebarba, adequação dimensional e a superfície não foi afetada.
