Resumo: This research aims to present processes and tools that guide architects or designers in the development of design projects for retail environments that consider the retail brand’s business strategy, customer experience and the omnichannel con­cept. This repertoire will provide a basis for professionals to act as mediators of this process with greater assertiveness. Through bibliographic research and unsystematic review, contemporary research were selected in line with the theoretical-practical dynamics that the retail sector requires, that of presenting results based on strategic planning. The result of this article serves as a framework for the elaboration of models for the development of design projects in retail.

The result of this article serves as a framework for the elaboration of models for the development of design projects in retail.Esta investigación tiene como objetivo presentar procesos y herramien­tas para guiar a los arquitectos o diseñadores en el desarrollo de proyectos de diseño para entornos de venta al por menor que tengan en cuenta la estrategia empresarial de la marca de venta al por menor, la experiencia del cliente y el concepto de omnicanalidad. Este repertorio ofrecerá una base para que los profe­sionales actúen como mediadores de este proceso con mayor asertividad. A través de una investigación bibliográfica y una revisión sistemática, se seleccionaron investigaciones contemporáneas alineadas con la dinámica teórico-práctica re­querida por el sector minorista, la de presentar resultados basados en la planifi­cación estratégica. El resultado de este artículo sirve de marco para la elaboración de modelos de desarrollo de proyectos de diseño para entornos comerciales.Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo apresentar processos e ferramentas que orientem arquitetos ou designers no desenvolvimento de projetos de design de ambientes de varejo que considerem a estratégia de negócios da marca varejista, a experiência do cliente e o conceito de omnichannel. Este repertório oferecerá base para os profissionais atuarem como mediadores deste processo com maior assertividade. Por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica e revisão assistemática, foram selecionadas pesquisas contemporâneas alinha­das à dinâmica teórico-prática que o setor do varejo exige, a de apresentar resultados baseados em planejamentos estratégicos associados às múltiplas demandas do mercado contemporâneo.
