Accessible Educational Resources: Assistive Technology and Information Design Promoting Educational Inclusion for People with Hearing Disabilities

Resumo: This article explores how accessible educational resources, assistive technology and information design can collaborate to promote the educational inclusion of people with hearing impairments. Combining these approaches contributes to the understanding of content, engagement and participation of students with hearing impairment, as well as enhancing their communication and interaction, raising self-esteem and confidence. This study aims to investigate how these resources can promote the educational inclusion of people with hearing impairment, identifying their capabilities and limitations and proposing strategies to improve accessibility and quality of life in the educational environment. The methodology employed will be the systematic literature review (RBL). It is concluded the importance of these approaches for the educational and social inclusion of people with hearing impairment. Investments in research and development of these resources are fundamental to promote the inclusion of these people on equal terms in society.

La combinación de estos enfoques contribuye a la comprensión de los contenidos, el compromiso y la participación de los alumnos con deficiencias auditivas, además de mejorar su comunicación e interacción y aumentar su autoestima y confianza. Este estudio pretende investigar cómo estos recursos pueden promover la inclusión educativa de las personas con pérdida auditiva, identificando sus capacidades y limitaciones y proponiendo estrategias para mejorar la accesibilidad y la calidad de vida en el entorno educativo. La metodología empleada será una revisión sistemática de la literatura (SLR). La conclusión es que estos enfoques son importantes para la inclusión educativa y social de las personas con pérdida de audición. La inversión en investigación y desarrollo de estos recursos es esencial para promover la inclusión de estas personas en igualdad de condiciones en la sociedade.Este artigo explora como recursos educacionais acessíveis, tecnologia assistiva e Design da Informação podem colaborar para promover a inclusão educacional de pessoas com deficiência auditiva. Combinar essas abordagens contribui para a compreensão do conteúdo, o engajamento e a participação dos alunos com deficiência auditiva, além de aprimorar sua comunicação e interação, elevando a autoestima e confiança. Este estudo objetiva investigar como esses recursos podem promover a inclusão educacional de pessoas com deficiência auditiva, identificando suas capacidades e limitações e propondo estratégias para aprimorar a acessibilidade e a qualidade de vida no ambiente educacional. A metodologia empregada será a revisão bibliográfica sistemática (RBL). Conclui-se a importância dessas abordagens, para a inclusão educacional e social das pessoas com deficiência auditiva.
