Design and cognitive ergonomics: understood and perceived communication of textile symbology on clothing labels

Resumo: | Misuse of communication can seriously hinder the exposure of a brand or project. This failure, no information can generate a set of factors that act in the adjustment of human characteristics and limitations of understanding. Using design and cognitive ergonomics, he seeks to align the information on the textile symbols provided by Organs competent bodies, thus generating better communication and efficiency of the projects related to these within the textile field. For this, it used the concepts and instruments of Design Thinking, conducting a qualitative research through conceptual questionnaires of garments to show the degree of knowledge of the textile symbology present in the labels of the pieces and cleaning tests in the housings for identification until the degree of knowledge of the current symbology required by the regulatory body. In addition, with the intention of facilitating the understanding and manipulation of the complete textile symbology on clothing labels and the way of providing this information by companies in the textile industry and inspection of this information. |

Esta falta de información puede generar un conjunto de factores que inciden en el ajuste de las habilidades humanas y limitaciones de comprensión. Utilizando el diseño y la ergonomía cognitiva, busca alinear la información sobre los símbolos textiles proporcionada por los órganos competentes, generando así una mejor comunicación y eficiencia de los proyectos relacionados con estos dentro del campo textil. Para ello, hizo uso de los conceptos e instrumentos del Design Thinking, realizando una investigación cualitativa a través de cuestionarios aplicados a consumidores de prendas para mostrar el grado de conocimiento de la simbología textil presente en las etiquetas de las prendas y pruebas de limpieza en las mismas. el grado de conocimiento de la simbología actual proporcionado por el organismo regulador. Además, con la intención de facilitar la comprensión y manejo de la simbología textil utilizada actualmente en las etiquetas de ropa y la forma de brindar esta información por parte de las empresas de la industria textil y la inspección de esta información.A má utilização da comunicação pode atrapalhar seriamente a exposição de uma marca ou projeto. Esta falha no fornecimento de informações pode gerar um conjunto de fatores que atuam no ajuste das habilidades e limitações humanas de entendimento. Usando o design e a ergonomia cognitiva, ele busca alinhar as informações sobre as simbologias têxteis fornecidas pelos órgãos competentes, gerando assim uma melhor comunicação e eficiência dos projetos ligados a esses dentro do campo têxtil. Para isso, fez uso dos conceitos e instrumentos do Design Thinking, realizando uma pesquisa qualitativa por meio de questionários aplicados para consumidores de peças de vestuário para evidenciar o grau de conhecimento da simbologia têxtil presente em etiquetas das peças de roupas e testes de limpeza nas mesmas para identificar até onde o grau de conhecimento da simbologia atual fornecida pelo órgão regulatório.
