Resumo: The COVID-19 pandemic is a dynamic health and social event that requires continuous observation. Here, we examine the 100 most engaged social media links in 2022 with the keyword “vaccine” and compare them to the data from 2020 and 2021. Based on Content Analysis, we classified the data into six categories: engagement, theme, accuracy, positioning, risk calculation, and vehicle type. The results confirm the downward trend in the total engagement and in the presence of disinformation, noticed since 2021. The chronological analysis suggests that the themes of greatest engagement are directly related to the different phases of the pandemic in Brazil, influencing and being influenced by them.
