Resumo: The structure of television news is modeled by a set of techniques and procedures of hierarchical organization of information. These methods seek to establish an order of specific events and the different perspectives that mark the evolutionary development of an act of collective interest. Depending on the direction and led to the decoded news writing techniques, narrative construction and editing, the viewer follows the sequence and effectively the meaning of the formants of your development, bring together a coherent and flowing each of the component parts the event. The present article analyzes each of the formal components of the television news is made and the Building Information Model for Audiovisual efficiency, a system for control of the organization and expression in each stage of development and realization of the message for television journalism.

Estos métodos persiguen establecer un ordenamiento específico de los diferentes acontecimientos y perspectivas que marcan el desarrollo evolutivo de un hecho de interés colectivo. En función del sentido provocado y decodificado de las técnicas de redacción de noticias, construcción narrativa y montaje, el televidente sigue eficazmente la sucesión y el sentido de los elementos formantes de su desarrollo, hilvanando de manera coherente y fluida cada una de las partes que componen el acontecimiento. En el presente artículo se analiza cada uno de los componentes formales de la noticia televisiva y se formula el Modelo de Construcción Informativa Audiovisual eficiente (MOCIAE), un sistema para el control de los procedimientos de organización y expresión en cada una de las fases de creación y realización del mensaje periodístico para la televisión.La estructura de la noticia televisiva se modela mediante un conjunto de técnicas y procedimientos de organización jerárquica de la información.
