Resumo: Na busca por modelos de pastorado ou palavras dirigidas a pastores no Novo Testamento, raramente se pensa no discurso de Paulo dirigido aos presbíteros de Éfeso, registrado em Atos 20.18-35. Ali, no entanto, Paulo apresenta um modelo de ministério, anuncia aquele a quem o pastor serve, descreve a igreja na qual o pastor foi colocado como bispo e trata do assunto ou conteúdo da sua pregação.Palavras-chaves: Paulo. Pregação.ABSTRACT: When looking for models of pastoring or ministry in the New Testament, or even words addressed to pastors, one usually ignores Paul’s discourse to the leaders of the church of Ephesus in Acts 20:18-35. However, in this passage Paul presents a model of ministry, proclaims the One who the pastor serves, describes the church in which the pastor has been placed as bishop and deals with the matter/content of his preaching.Keywords: Paul.
