Narratives in contexts: time, pandemic and being a woman in teaching

Resumo: The present work discusses a qualitative research on how female teachers working in higher education are able to form a more humane education, in the context of a pandemic and political crisis in 2020 Brazil. The data form a set of three narratives written by women professors who work at a public university, located in the Baixada Fluminense region, Rio de Janeiro state. The content of the writings was treated via MAXQDA software from the codings, relations, and analysis, and the results obtained indicated that the written stories present: the recurrence of the constitution of the woman teacher in the face of the imposition of a pandemic context that relates to a hybrid and estranged time. Analytical categories, when correlated, elucidate a humaneness - reunited and in construction of teaching in a suspended spacetime.

Los datos forman un conjunto de tres narrativas escritas por profesores que trabajan en una universidad pública, ubicada en la región de Baixada Fluminense, estado de Río de Janeiro. El contenido de los escritos fue tratado a través del software MAXQDA y se basó en las codificaciones, relaciones y análisis, y los resultados obtenidos indicaron que las historias escritas presentan: la recurrencia de la constitución de la mujer maestra frente a la imposición de un contexto pandémico que está relacionado con un tiempo híbrido y extraño. Las categorías analíticas, cuando están correlacionadas, aclaran a una humanidad - repertoriada y en estado de construcción de la enseñanza en un espacio-tiempo en suspensión.O texto dialoga sobre uma pesquisa qualitativa que trata sobre a constituição da humanidade da docência feminina no ensino superior, no contexto pandêmico e de crise política no Brasil no ano de 2020. Os dados formam um conjunto de três narrativas escritas por professoras que atuam em uma universidade pública, localizada na região da Baixada Fluminense, estado do Rio de Janeiro. O conteúdo das escritas foi tratado via software MAXQDA e partir das codificações, relações e análises, e os resultados obtidos indicaram que as histórias escritas apresentam: a recorrência da constituição da mulher professora diante da imposição de um contexto pandêmico que se relaciona com um tempo hibrido e estranhado.
