THE (AUTO)BIOGRAPHICAL NARRATIVE AS A RESEARCH-TRAINING DEVICE IN PROFESSIONAL TEACHING INDUCTION

Resumo: Based on the epistemological principles of (auto)biographical research and guided by the objective of situating the contribution of training research as a device for professional teaching induction, the article on screen proposes two movements: first it highlights historical-philosophical-conceptual assumptions of training research and, more specifically, from the (auto)biographical perspective; then, it presents an investigative design in development, part of an inter-institutional network research supported by CNPq and FAPERJ, bringing together beginning teachers of public education networks with up to five years of professional experience, with the purpose of discussing the possibilities and the challenges of inducing peers to act and react by teachers in relation to the difficulties that affect teaching in its first years of professional practice. It is reaffirmed that narrative as a (auto)biographical activity produces reflection and enables the beginning teacher, as a narrator, to enter situations and reflect on them, understanding themselves and the other, in the constant dialogue between the events experienced in the classroom. class, the theories studied and the new learnings made possible by this relationship, thus instituting another mode of professional teaching induction.

It is reaffirmed that narrative as a (auto)biographical activity produces reflection and enables the beginning teacher, as a narrator, to enter situations and reflect on them, understanding themselves and the other, in the constant dialogue between the events experienced in the classroom. class, the theories studied and the new learnings made possible by this relationship, thus instituting another mode of professional teaching induction.Partiendo de los principios epistemológicos de la investigación (auto) biográfica y guiados por el objetivo de situar el aporte de la investigación formativa como dispositivo de inducción docente profesional, el artículo en pantalla propone dos movimientos: en primer lugar destaca los supuestos histórico-filosófico-conceptuales de la formación la investigación y, más concretamente, desde la perspectiva (auto) biográfica; Luego, presenta un diseño investigativo en desarrollo, parte de una investigación en red interinstitucional apoyada por CNPq y FAPERJ, que reúne a docentes principiantes de redes de educación pública con hasta cinco años de experiencia profesional, con el propósito de discutir las posibilidades y los retos de inducir a los compañeros a actuar y reaccionar por parte del profesorado ante las dificultades que afectan a la docencia en sus primeros años de ejercicio profesional. Se reafirma que la narrativa como actividad (auto) biográfica produce reflexión y permite al docente principiante, como narrador, adentrarse en situaciones y reflexionar sobre ellas, entendiéndose a sí mismo y al otro, en el diálogo constante entre los hechos vividos en el aula. clase, las teorías estudiadas y los nuevos aprendizajes posibilitados por esta relación, instituyendo así otra modalidad de inducción docente profesional.Fundamentado nos princípios epistemológicos da pesquisa (auto)biográfica e orientado pelo objetivo de situar a contribuição da pesquisa-formação como dispositivo para a indução profissional docente, o artigo em tela propõe dois movimentos: primeiramente destaca  pressupostos histórico-filosófico-conceituais da pesquisa-formação e, mais especificamente, da perspectiva (auto)biográfica; em seguida, apresenta um desenho investigativo em desenvolvimento, parte de uma pesquisa em rede de caráter interinstitucional apoiada pelo CNPq e pela FAPERJ, reunindo professores iniciantes de redes públicas de ensino com até cinco anos de experiência profissional, com o propósito de discutir as possibilidades e os desafios da indução entre pares para o agir e reagir de professores em relação às dificuldades que afetam a docência em seus primeiros anos de exercício profissional.
