Teacher training in cyberspace: the construction of (auto)biographical narratives in the constitution of initial training

Resumo: This article discusses a research-training experience developed from an extension project, carried out at a distance, which proposed the construction of (auto) biographical narratives based on the teachings of (2004). The objective is to understand how undergraduate students in Distance Education, offered by the Universidade Federal do Pampa of Polo Hulha Negra, recognize their teaching-forming experiences through the construction of (auto) biographical narratives, thus constituting a formative action. Theoretical discussions were about the construction of (auto) biographical narratives in teacher training, the construction of teacher professionalization from the initial training, and the training of teachers in cyberspace. The training was characterized by an (auto) biographical approach, guided by Josso's precepts, which foresees four moments: the oral construction of the (auto) biographical narrative, the written production, the socialization of this writing, and the production balance phase of the narratives. In this study, it was possible to understand how the teachers involved in the research understand the construction of teacher training and what forming experiences characterize this process. The reports refer to the time when they were students of basic education, to teachers and family members who inspired them to choose their profession, as well as playing as a teacher as evidence of wanting to be a teacher.

El objetivo es comprender cómo los estudiantes de pregrado de Letras EaD, que ofrece el Universidade Federal do Pampa de Polo Hulha Negra, reconocen sus experiencias docentes-formadoras a través de la construcción de narrativas (auto) biográficas, constituyendo así una acción formativa. Las discusiones teóricas versaron sobre la construcción de narrativas (auto) biográficas en la formación docente, la construcción de la profesionalización docente desde la formación inicial y la formación del profesorado en el ciberespacio. La formación se caracterizó por un abordaje (auto) biográfico, guiado por los preceptos de Josso, que prevé cuatro momentos: la construcción oral de la narrativa (auto) biográfica, la producción escrita, la socialización de esta escritura y la fase de equilibrio productivo de las narrativas. En este estudio fue posible comprender cómo los docentes involucrados en la investigación entienden la construcción de la formación docente y qué experiencias formativas caracterizan este proceso. Los informes se refieren a la época en que eran estudiantes de educación básica, a docentes y familiares que los inspiraron a elegir su profesión, además de jugar como docentes como evidencia de querer ser docentes.Este artigo discute uma experiência de pesquisa-formação desenvolvida a partir de um projeto de extensão, realizado a distância, que propôs a construção de narrativas (auto)biográficas a partir dos ensinamentos de Josso (2004). O objetivo é compreender como os alunos de licenciatura em Letras EaD, ofertada pela Universidade Federal do Pampa do Polo Hulha Negra, reconhecem suas experiências formadoras da docência por meio de construções de narrativas (auto)biográficas constituindo, assim, uma ação formativa. As discussões teóricas foram sobre a construção de narrativas (auto)biográficas na formação de professores, a construção da profissionalização docente a partir da formação inicial, e a formação de professores no ciberespaço. A formação se caracterizou por uma abordagem (auto)biográfica, guiada pelos preceitos de Josso, os quais prevê quatro momentos: a construção oral da narrativa (auto)biográfica; a produção escrita; a socialização dessa escrita; e a fase do balanço da produção das narrativas. Neste estudo, foi possível compreender como os professores envolvidos na pesquisa entendem a construção da formação docente e quais experiências formadoras caracterizam esse processo.
