Resumo: | Understanding the human experience with the Covid-19 pandemic, which caused upheavals in the work and social life of all people is a necessary exercise so that the transition to a post-pandemic period occurs in a safe way, including treating if from another reality in which other ways of acting resulting from accumulated learning will be necessary. This article is the result of a retrospective, analytical examination of the experience of academic and administrative management at the Faculty of Education at USP in the first 18 months of the pandemic. It seeks to identify the procedures adopted to keep the institution functioning, ensuring the achievement of its objectives, without breaching the biosafety protocols, essential to the preservation of lives and balance in the relationships established between the people involved. |

Este artículo es el resultado de un examen retrospectivo y analítico de la experiencia de gestión académica y administrativa de la Facultad de Educación de la USP en los primeros 18 meses de la pandemia. Busca identificar los procedimientos adoptados para mantener la institución en funcionamiento, asegurando el logro de sus objetivos, sin incumplir los protocolos de bioseguridad, fundamentales para la preservación de la vida y el equilibrio en las relaciones que se establecen entre las personas involucradas.Comprendre l'expérience humaine avec la pandémie de Covid-19, qui a provoqué des bouleversements dans le travail et la vie sociale de toutes les personnes est un exercice nécessaire pour que le passage à une période post-pandémique se fasse en toute sécurité, y compris en traitant d'un autre réalité dans laquelle d'autres manières d'agir résultant de l'apprentissage accumulé seront nécessaires. Cet article est le résultat d'un examen rétrospectif et analytique de l'expérience de gestion académique et administrative de la Faculté d'éducation de l'USP au cours des 18 premiers mois de la pandémie. Il cherche à identifier les procédures adoptées pour maintenir le fonctionnement de l'institution, assurant la réalisation de ses objectifs, sans enfreindre les protocoles de biosécurité, essentiels à la préservation des vies et à l'équilibre dans les relations établies entre les personnes impliquées.Entender a experiência humana vivenciada com a pandemia da Covid-19, que provocou sobressaltos, reviravoltas na vida laboral e social de todas as pessoas é um exercício necessário de modo que a transição para um período pós-pandêmico ocorra de maneira segura, compreendendo tratar-se de uma outra realidade em que outros modos de agir decorrentes das aprendizagens acumuladas serão necessários. O presente artigo é resultado do exame retrospectivo, analítico, da experiência de gestão acadêmica e administrativa da Faculdade de Educação da USP nos primeiros 18 meses da pandemia.
