Preservation of the educational historical heritage of the UFS Laboratory School and the increase in the production of historiographic education knowledge

Resumo: This study addresses three aspects related to the preservation actions of historical educational heritage at the Laboratory School of the Federal University of Sergipe (UFS). The first one deals with the institutional history of the School; the second is an incursion into the institution's memory center (Cemdap), guardian of the institution's documental collection; and the third highlights the relationship between the increase in the production of historical knowledge and document organization initiatives. This investigation used school bookkeeping documents, school regulations, educational legislation, oral reports, and academic productions as sources. The preservation undertakings carried out in the School's documentation were accompanied by a substantial growth in the number of works within the history of education.

El primero trata de la historia institucional del Colegio; el segundo es una incursión acerca del centro de memoria de la institución (Cemdap), guardián del acervo documental de la institución; y, el tercero, destaca la relación entre el aumento de la producción de conocimiento histórico con las acciones de organización documental. La investigación utilizó como fuente documentos del archivo escolar, reglamento escolar, legislación educativa, informes orales y producciones académicas. Las iniciativas de preservación realizadas en la documentación del Colegio fueron acompañadas de un sustancial crecimiento en las producciones de la historia de la educación.Cet article aborde trois aspects liés aux actions de préservation du patrimoine éducatif historique au sein du Colégio de Aplicação de l'UFS. Le premier traite de l'histoire institutionnelle; le second est une incursion sur le centre de mémoire de l'institution (Cemdap), le gardien du fonds documentaire de l’institution, et le troisième, met en évidence la relation entre l'augmentation de la production de connaissance historique avec les actions d'organisation documentaire. La recherche a utilisé comme source des documents de comptabilité scolaire, des règlements scolaires, des lois sur l'éducation, des rapports oraux et des productions académiques. Les initiatives de préservation réalisées dans la documentation du Colégio de Aplicação accompagnent une croissance substantielle de la production de l'histoire de l'éducation.Este artigo discorre a respeito de três aspectos relacionados com as ações de preservação do patrimônio histórico educacional no Colégio de Aplicação da UFS. O primeiro aborda a história institucional do Colégio; o segundo é uma incursão a respeito do centro de memória da instituição (Cemdap), guardião do acervo documental desta instituição; e o terceiro evidencia a relação entre o aumento da produção do conhecimento histórico com as ações de organização documental. A pesquisa utilizou como fonte documentos de escrituração escolar, regimento escolar, legislação educacional, relatos orais, e produções acadêmicas.
