Pedagogical Models based on Digital Competences in Distance Education: National and International theoretical Review and Analysis

Resumo: | This article deals with a mapping of Pedagogical Models based on Digital Competences for the student of Distance Education. For this, a research with a qualitative approach was carried out based on two procedures: 1) Theoretical review and analysis of works at national and international level and 2) Crossing of the results to compose the mapping with elements of the Pedagogical Model. In the theoretical review, 209 papers were identified, being selected 19. From the analysis and crossing, many differences were found in relation to the national and international pedagogical models. Among them, the presence in the models of the definition of digital competences to build a digital academic profile of the students, as well as the technological structure thought and provided for a totally on-line learning.As a result, recommendations and a framework with elements / indicators for a model based on digital competences were defined. This result aims to assist teachers, which includes thinking about strategies for the application and assessment of digital competences in distance learning and teaching processes. Accompanying the student and promoting the discussion in search of technological innovations that promote quality in Distance Education. Keywords: Pedagogical models. Distance education. Digital competences.O presente artigo trata de um mapeamento de Modelos Pedagógicos baseados em Competências Digitais para o aluno da Educação a Distância. Para isso, realizou-se uma pesquisa com abordagem qualitativa por meio de dois procedimentos: 1) Revisão teórica e análise de trabalhos em nível nacional e internacional e 2) Cruzamento dos resultados para compor o mapeamento com elementos do Modelo Pedagógico. Na revisão teórica, identificaram-se 209 trabalhos, dos quais foram selecionados 19. A partir da análise e do cruzamento, foram constatadas muitas diferenças em relação aos modelos pedagógicos nacionais e internacionais. Dentre elas está a definição de competências digitais para a construção de um perfil acadêmico digital dos alunos, bem como a estrutura tecnológica pensada e proporcionada para uma aprendizagem totalmente on-line. Como resultado, definiram-se recomendações e um quadro com elementos/indicadores para um modelo baseado em competências digitais. Este resultado objetiva auxiliar docentes, o que inclui pensar nas estratégias de aplicação e avaliação de competências digitais em processos de ensino e de aprendizagem a distância. Assim, acompanhando o aluno e promovendo a discussão em busca de inovações tecnológicas que promovam a qualidade na Educação a Distância. Palavras-chave: Modelos pedagógicos. Educação a distância.
