Resumo: | This study is an evaluation of a Training Program for the Production of Self-Instructional Resources in Distance Education (PRA-EAD), offered in the format of massive open online courses (MOOCs). The evaluation was carried out through the analysis of the reaction and the learning of the graduates of the program and the discussion, in the light of the Kirkpatrick model. Descriptive and analytical inferences were made through non-parametric statistical tests (alpha=5%), to analyze the characterization, expectations and self-assessment of graduates and program evaluation. to analyze the characterization, expectations and self-assessment of graduates and program evaluation. Este estudo é uma avaliação de um Programa de Formação para Produção de Recursos Autoinstrucionais na Educação a Distância (PRA-EAD), ofertado no formato de cursos abertos online massivos (MOOCs). A avaliação foi realizada por meio da análise da reação e da aprendizagem dos egressos do programa e da discussão, à luz do modelo Kirkpatrick. Foram realizadas inferências descritivas e analíticas, por meio de testes estatísticos não paramétricos (alpha=5%), para análise da caracterização, expectativa e autoavaliação dos egressos e avaliação do programa. Os resultados da análise da reação e da aprendizagem dos egressos indicam que houve bom planejamento pedagógico do PRA-EAD. Palavras-chave: Educação a distância. Cursos online.
