Resumo:  This article aimed to evaluate the ease of autonomous learning of students of technological courses studying through the hybrid model at a University of São Paulo. It is an exploratory research with a quantitative focus., A survey was performed to collect the data. 215 questionnaires were applied, containing 15 statements. The analysis od the data was performed by means of Weighted Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling, MEE-PLS. The discriminant validity was verified by the Fornell-Larcker criterion and, according to this criterion, there is discriminant validity in all five proposed constructs. Bootstrapping, a process that tests the significance of the model, was performed on both models, initial and final, and presented significance in the t-statistics, at the 95% confidence level. The results of the statistical model present a positive assessment of the learning ease of students studying in a hybrid model. Keywords: Virtual Learning Environment. Autonomous learning. University. Hybrid.Este artigo teve como objetivo avaliar a facilidade da aprendizagem autônoma de alunos de cursos tecnólogos que estudam através do modelo híbrido em uma Universidade de São Paulo. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória com enfoque quantitativo, cujos dados foram coletados em um survey. Foram aplicados 215 questionários, contendo 15 assertivas. O levantamento dos resultados foi realizado por meio de Modelagem de Equações Estruturais por Mínimos Quadrados Ponderados, MEE-PLS. A validade discriminante teve sua verificação pelo critério de Fornell-Larcker e, segundo este critério, há validez discriminante em todos os cinco construtos propostos. O bootstrapping, processo que testa a significância do modelo, foi realizado em ambos os modelos, inicial e final e, apresentou significância nas estatísticas t, ao nível de 95% de confiança. Os resultados do modelo estatístico apresentam uma avaliação positiva da facilidade de aprendizagem de alunos que estudam em modelo híbrido.   Palavras-chave: AVA. Aprendizagem autônoma.
