The dangerousness in the workplace and its effects on social security: uma problematização necessária

Since 1960, there has been a culmination in the use of the concept of "dangerousness", without, however, denoting some effort to achieve conceptual clarity. The concern of this article is to arrive at a clearer conceptual definition of what represents the dangerousness in social security matters, it is worth saying: in relation to the benefit of special retirement. The method of interpretation to be adopted will be hermeneutics because the approach is focused on the understanding of things, which results precisely from the contact of the text with new historical horizons that are later production and that produced the covers that are being sedimented. We cannot establish a "zero degree of meaning", ignoring the previous meanings constructed and consolidated throughout history/tradition on the subject. The concept, reconstructed, was no longer that of the "first sight". The research thus demonstrates that the social security function that the function of Social Security is to offer the possibility of prevention and precaution against damage to the health and/or physical/mental integrity of the human worker.
