Summary: | This article, through the deductive method and national and foreign bibliographic research, discusses the extent to which the use of the online mediation institute has enabled a more empowered exercise by consumers in the face of problems with suppliers. Initially, it addresses about the growth in information access, knowledge of multiport justice and virtual conflict resolution platforms such as adequate alternatives to consumerist conflicts, given the current characterization of the judicial landscape. In addition, the procedural institute of mediation is analyzed, in the virtual modality, listing factors that link the conclusive thinking of a more conscious and empowered exercise of the consumer to access to the fair legal order, speed, low cost and maintenance healthy link, however, opposed to State utilitarian underutilization as pre-judicial mechanism and to consumer info-exclusion. The aim of the present study is to analyze the empowerment possibility of affirming consumer in the digital age in the face of the use of new forms of civic participation, specifically online mediation. |

Inicialmente, aborda el crecimiento del acceso a la información, el conocimiento de la justicia multipuerto y las plataformas virtuales de resolución de onflitos como alternativas adecuadas a los onflitos consumistas. Además, se onflit el instituto de mediación procesal, em la onflitos virtual, enumerando factores que vinculan el reflejo de em ejercicio más consciente y empoderado del consumidor al acceso al orden jurídico justo, onflitos, bajo costo y mantenimiento de em vínculo sano partidos, frente a la subutilización onflitos estatal de las plataformas como meramente mecanismos precautorios y a la info-exclusión del consumidor. El objetivo del presente onflit es analizar la posibilidad de afirmar el empoderamiento del consumidor em la era digital frente al uso de nuevas formas de participación ciudadana, onflitosmente la mediación online.O presente artigo, através do método dedutivo e pesquisa bibliográfica nacional e estrangeira, problematiza em que medida a utilização do instituto da mediação online tem possibilitado um exercício mais empoderado do consumidor. Aborda-se, em um primeiro momento, sobre o crescimento ao acesso informacional, o conhecimento da justiça multiportas e das plataformas virtuais de resolução de conflitos como alternativas adequadas aos conflitos consumeristas. Ademais, analisa-se o instituto processual da mediação, na modalidade virtual, elencando-se fatores que encadeiam a reflexão de um exercício mais consciente e empoderado do consumidor ao acesso à ordem jurídica justa, celeridade, baixo custo e manutenção de vínculo saudável entre as partes, em contraposto à subutilização utilitarista Estatal das plataformas como mecanismos meramente pré-judiciais e à infoexclusão de consumidores.
