Resumo: The article aims to address the right to proof and new technologies with emphasis on the social security process. The method used for this investigation was the hypothetical-deductive and the types of research were qualitative, bibliographical and jurisprudential. The social security process is one of the places where the virtual environment is being tested with great force, as the material law under discussion, due to its peculiarities, allows it. Witness evidence stands out in telepresence hearings and for testimonies recorded by the lawyers themselves. The article also addresses artificial intelligence, which is still under development, but which can be applied in the social security field. Technical hyposufficiency is a reality and cannot be ignored when it comes to using technologies in the justice system. Thus, an alert is made about the danger of new technologies for the process, and fundamental procedural rights must be respected, under penalty of transforming the process into a mere procedure.

El método utilizado para esta investigación fue el hipotético-deductivo y los tipos de investigación fueron cualitativos, bibliográficos y jurisprudenciales. El proceso de la seguridad social es uno de los lugares donde se está probando con gran fuerza el entorno virtual, como lo permite la ley material en debate, por sus peculiaridades. Las pruebas testimoniales se destacan en las audiencias de telepresencia y en los testimonios grabados por los propios abogados. El artículo también aborda la inteligencia artificial, que aún está en desarrollo, pero que puede aplicarse en el campo de la seguridad social. La hiposuficiencia técnica es una realidad y no se puede ignorar a la hora de utilizar tecnologías en el sistema judicial. Así, se alerta sobre la peligrosidad de las nuevas tecnologías para el proceso, y se deben respetar los derechos procesales fundamentales, bajo pena de transformar el proceso en un mero trámite.O artigo tem como objetivo tratar do direito à prova e as novas tecnologias com destaque, para o processo previdenciário. O método utilizado para a presente investigação foi o hipotético-dedutivo e os tipos de pesquisa foram de caráter qualitativo, bibliográfico e jurisprudencial. O processo previdenciário é um dos locais onde o ambiente virtual está sendo testado com bastante força, pois o direito material em debate, em razão de suas peculiaridades, assim permite. Destaca-se a prova testemunhal nas audiências telepresenciais e para os depoimentos gravados pelos próprios advogados. O artigo aborda, também, a respeito da inteligência artificial, que ainda está em desenvolvimento, mas que pode ser aplicada no campo previdenciário. A hipossuficiência técnica é uma realidade e não pode ser desconsiderada, quando se fala em utilizar tecnologias no sistema de justiça.
