Resumo: | The objective of this article is to reflect on the concept of "sustainable consumption", considering the emotional, cultural and moral influences that affect the purchasing decision process. We opted for a sustainable consumption model that conceives the possibility of state actions and interventions, in order to dissipate the common strategy based on the transference of the regulatory activity (responsibility) of the State and of the producing and distributing companies to the individual consumer. To this end, we highlight aspects of the presentista culture in which the current society rests, especially Brazil, identifying the egoism of the loss and the disinterest with the future expenses. We note the need felt by individuals to justify the acquisition of materials demonstrating the clear connection between consumption and morality. In addition, we address a biological aspect of the individual in the act of consummation: the emotional defect in the brain by which we tend to exaggerate the immediate gains. In this scenario, sustainable consumption acquires forms that go beyond the behavioral changes of individuals through information and education and changes in product design. Sustainable consumption tends to require State actions that affect the production and selection of ecologically sustainable products, with the help of legal power, so that prejuditial choices for the environment could be repressed. |

Editora Faculdade CERS2019-06-29info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionArtigo avaliado pelos Paresapplication/pdftext/htmlhttp://revista.cers.com.br/ojs/index.php/revista/article/view/19Revista Científica Disruptiva; Bd. 1 Nr. 1 (2019): Revista Científica Disruptiva; 18-36Revista Científica Disruptiva; Vol. 1 No. 1 (2019): Revista Científica Disruptiva; 18-36Revista Científica Disruptiva; Vol. 1 Núm. 1 (2019): Revista Científica Disruptiva; 18-36Revista Científica Disruptiva; Vol. 1 No 1 (2019): Revista Científica Disruptiva; 18-36Revista Científica Disruptiva; V. 1 N. 1 (2019): Revista Científica Disruptiva; 18-36Revista Científica Disruptiva; v. 1 n. 1 (2019): Revista Científica Disruptiva; 18-362674-7804reponame:Revista Científica Disruptivainstname:Centro de Ensino Renato Saraiva (CERS)instacron:CERSfrahttp://revista.cers.com.br/ojs/index.php/revista/article/view/19/6http://revista.cers.com.br/ojs/index.php/revista/article/view/19/74Copyright (c) 2019 Revista Disruptivahttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.pt_BRinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessCarvalho, DiógenesFerreira, Vitor Hugo do Amaral2021-07-08T17:34:43Zoai:ojs2.192.168.11.14:8080:article/19Revistahttp://revista.cers.com.br/ojs/index.php/revista/indexPRIhttp://revista.cers.com.br/ojs/index.php/revista/oairevista@cers.com.br2674-78042674-7804opendoar:2021-07-08T17:34:43Revista Científica Disruptiva - Centro de Ensino Renato Saraiva (CERS)false |
