Resumo: The purpose of this article is to analyze the impacts of the 2017 Labor Reform on teachers of private basic education in Pernambuco, especially on the dynamics of jobs, forms of hiring and remuneration of the category. For the making of the present work, a bibliographic survey was carried out on the Reform, Neoliberalism and Pandemic; Quantitative data manipulation techniques were also used from the Annual List of Social Information (RAIS) and the General Register of Employed and Unemployed (CAGED) and New General Register of Employed and Unemployed (New CAGED). The analysis period ranges from 2010 to 2019 for RAIS data, from 2014 to 2019 for CAGED data and from 2020 to 2021 for New CAGED data. The highlight is the dynamics of high turnover specific to the job market in this category, in addition to the advancement of prerogatives of the Reform on contracts and dismissal.

Para tanto, realizou-se um levantamento bibliográfico sobre Reforma, neoliberalismo e pandemia e utilizaram-se técnicas quantitativas de manipulação de dados da Relação Anual de Informações Sociais – RAIS, do Cadastro Geral de Empregados e Desempregados – Caged e do Novo Cadastro Geral de Empregados e Desempregados – Novo Caged. A análise cobriu os períodos de 2010 a 2019, para os dados da RAIS, 2014 a 2019, para os dados do Caged, e 2020 a 2021, para os dados do Novo Caged.
