The paper has as aim at reflection on how school architecture may potentiate daily practices, arrangement and use of Spaces and environments in a rural childhood education institution from a Riverside community in Belém municipality-PA. Dialogue on rural childhood education and architecture, physical space and environment will be carried out in a multi referential way with studies by Brazilian and international researchers who recognize physical space architecture as constituent element of curriculum and enhancer for children’s experiences and their childhoods in plural contexts. This is a field exploratory type research performed with pedagogical coordinators of islands between 2018 and 2021. The research was authorized by the Municipal Secretary of Education of Belém, as well as by participants. Data were surveyed through field journal and photographic records of the facade, spaces, and environments of the school. Findings demonstrate that architectural design of rural childhood education institutions and the way as the Spaces and environments are arranged and lived by different subjects who compose educational Community affect the child identity construction and the offer with quality of experiences lived in Early Childhood Education.
