Resumo: This research proposes a critical reflection of the Judiciary through the effectiveness of crisis that presents with respect to the delivery of judicial services. The proposed approach adopts deductive and objective method to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the judiciary reform. It will analyze the context of the judicial institution prior to the insertion of EC n. 45 in the Brazilian legal system; They will be further investigated the effectiveness and efficiency brought about by the reform. Finally, we propose shall be a reflection about the conflict of interest and the combative culture responsible for congest the Judiciary.

Será analisado o contexto da instituição judiciária antecedente à inserção da EC n. 45 no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro; posteriormente serão averiguadas a efetividade e a eficácia trazidas pela reforma.
