Resumo: The originary constituent safeguards defenses mechanisms for the realization of constitutional rights, the right that, the doctrine called as constitutional writs . Two of then, particularly interesting to save-guard the judicial protection of the fundamental rights: The People's and Public Civil lawsuit. this is evidence of a guarantee that we will establish in this script.
