Resumo: This study intends to be a contribution to the problem of integral protection of children and adolescents, treating the subject from the question regards access to justice, doing research for such an instrument of realization of their human rights mechanism. The question is of interest face the shortage of legal contributions on the subject. The methodology used was based on the analysis of legislation and documents provided by agencies dedicated to the protection of minors , as well as reputable legal works are essential in analyzing the problem. Longs to conclude that the system of access to justice, as outlined by the national legal system, actually furthers the rights of children and adolescents, contributing to their achievement and acting as able to guarantee such persons entitled instrument

A questão reveste-se de interesse em face de escassez de contribuições jurídicas acerca do tema. A metodologia utilizada baseou-se na análise da legislação e de documentos disponibilizados por órgãos dedicados à proteção dos menores, bem como de obras jurídicas reputadas indispensáveis para a análise do problema.
