Resumo: Recognition is used to discuss the issue of identity and difference , their relevance becomes necessary in the legal sense. The question posed: what forms of recognition in the social, ethical and cultural, as a theory that stresses from the internal dynamics of the living , while autopoietic unity? The purpose of this article is therefore to bring the discussion the process of social recognition and influence of its biological and cultural structure and the whole complexity of factors. The research is systemic theory that takes the sociological approach, both conceptually and empirically the legal systems.
