Resumo: This study deals with the establishment of compliance management service roads, with the main objective a study of how to deploy the institute in registry offices. Seeking in the end, suggest the implementation of a compliance area , thus, increase confidence in the notary already deposited by citizens, businesses and the state, including the model studied a strict penalties imposed policy to unlawful acts committed by their agents, aiming to avoid possible liability of shares to holders service roads.
