Resumo: This study aims to analyze the main changes occurring in the labor market and the world of employment,  given  the  contemporary  form  of  capitalism,  marked  by  technological innovation, the internationalization of the economy and the commercial dynamism. Faced with this situation, there are social, political and economic repercussions, which give new shape to productive relations, notably employment relationship, to change the traditional format and promoting its update according to the new needs and modes of fraud legislation. Thus, it is necessary the need for reaffirmation of the social - democratic values, as well as a strengthening of labor law 's role in mediating the conflict between capital and labor.

Thus, it is necessary the need for reaffirmation of the social - democratic values, as well as a strengthening of labor law 's role in mediating the conflict between capital and labor. O presente estudo visa analisar as principais transformações ocorridas no mercado de trabalho e no mundo do emprego, diante da forma contemporânea assumida pelo capitalismo, marcada  pelas  inovações  tecnológicas,  pela  internacionalização  da  economia  e  pelo dinamismo comercial. Diante do quadro, há repercussões sociais, políticas e econômicas, que atribuem novos contornos às relações produtivas, notadamente, às relações de trabalho, para alterar o formato tradicional e promover sua atualização conforme as novas necessidades e modalidades de fraude à legislação.
