Resumo: Brazil's current economic crisis has severely affected the relations between capital and labor in recent years. Against this background, this paper aims to examine the impact of the internationalization of the economy in world of work according to labor valuing dictates and human dignity sculptured in the Federal Constitution of 1988 and the role of the social function of the company that context. The contemporaneity of the subject thus seems unquestionable, especially when it appears that the effectiveness of labor fundamental rights is a major public outcries today.
