Research about the idea of human being dignity in the context of socio-cultural diversity of the emerging Western and non-Western civilizations which currently arise in the contemporary world. We compare the significant differences that the idea of dignity of the human being assumes when interacting with cultural, historical and social contexts of each of the components of the BRICS countries, political group of the five largest emerging economies in the world (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa). We will take as a research reference the non-reductionist, interdisciplinary dialectics ontologically and gnosiology structured as a macro-philosophy. The analysis and interpretation of these countries constitutions will be the starting point to paint a picture of the importance of human dignity as idea-strengh in each of the States of the BRICS. The second path (methodological) will be to understand how the institutional speech, mainly structured in the law language, interacts with traditional cultural nuances of each of these States, which will be specifically carried out by crossing the institutional speech with Religion, Culture and Philosophy languages.
