Resumo: Facing a normative vulnerability scenario, the need to think about the creation of a sui generis system for the protection of traditional knowledge, which requires a change in addressing the issue, with overcoming the hegemonic paradigm and domination of speech, to if it begins to work with socioenvironmentalism guidelines. Nevertheless, it is necessary to anchor itself in the ideals that underlie the concepts of social and environmental justice, to then think of a social and environmental justice, which overcomes the primacies of capitalism and walk to the preservation of multiculturalism and of these roots in traditional knowledge.
