Resumo: This article presents a study on the economic analysis of contract law and the link with the social function of the contract. Addresses , as a general objective , the study of economic analysis of the contract and the correlation with social function , and specifically analyzes the emergence of the context , the concept , objectives , main characteristics and peculiarities of the economic analysis of direct, brings considerations the contract and the crisis of the classical view of contract , between economics and law and the need to include the social function of contract law.
