Resumo: Soccer was disseminated and popularized throughout the 20th century, which enabled the presence of this sport in various events along history. From that, this article intends to analyze the influence role of Nazi fascism within Polish football and explore the use of soft power and anti-establishment in the 1980s as a mean of disseminating ideology within the sport. To this end, the Nazi and the Soviet invasions to the State of Poland and how their consequences contributed to the construction of the population's identity will also be examined. Due to its entire history, political stance and anti-Semitic protests involving its fans, the Legia Warsaw club, was chosen as the object to be explored during this research.

A partir disso, o presente artigo pretende analisar o papel de influência do nazifascismo dentro do futebol polonês e explorar o uso do soft power e do anti-establishment da década de 1980 como meio de disseminação da ideologia dentro do esporte. Para tal, também serão examinadas as invasões da Alemanha Nazista e da União Soviética ao Estado da Polonia e como suas consequências contribuíram para a construção da identidade da população.
