Resumo: The dictatorship in Brazil and Argentina gave rise to the Committee for the Defense of Human Rights for the countries of the Southern Cone (CLAMOR). The Brasil Never Again Project is a political and social landmark. The National Truth Commission (CNV), linked to Law No. 12,528, launched an investigation in search of the truth for family members and Brazilian society and counted around 20 thousand deaths. Having to conceptualize Dictatorship, Totalitarianism and Torture. For an understanding of the Dictatorship in Brazil (1964), the Detachment of Information Operations - Internal Defense Operations Center (DOI-CODI), the Institutional Act (AI*5) decreed in Brazil, is discussed. In the cases of torture exposed in the National Truth Commission (CNV) and its 2014 final report, which dealt with all exposed cases of deaths, disappearances, persecuted civilians and military personnel and their outcome in the cases. The article will deal with cases of political and religious relevance, of the arrest of repressors that caused repercussion in the press in the cases cited by the CNV, such as: José Manuel da Silva, Aurora Maria Nascimento Furtado and Vladimir Herzog with the opinion of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. The dictatorship in Argentina will also be included in the Military Coup (1966), which founded the Escudela de Mechanica Armada (ESMA) and which present cases of torture and forced disappearance, giving rise to the movement “Grandparents of Plaza de Mayo” and the National Commission on the Disappearance of People (CONADEP), which in turn accounted for around 30,000 deaths during the dictatorship. Cases of torture will be reported as cases of Jorge Mario Roitman, Flight of Death from Rio da Prata and Alfredo Astiz. The Argentine population and the media that generated protests in Buenos Aires, due to political and religious persecution, are important. The Statistical Result Brazilian National Truth Commission: 434 deaths and 210 disappeared, 33 bodies located and 6,591 soldiers persecuted, 237 unions under intervention. Having 377 agents held accountable. The total number of deaths and missing is around 20 thousand. The outcomes: Case José Manuel da Silva political amnesty post mortem. Aurora Maria Nascimento Furtado's case acknowledged the Brazilian State's guilt. Case Vladimir Herzog won an institute named after him. In Argentina there is a balance of 340 clandestine camps, 8,571 dead or missing. In 2012, 266 convicts and 593 imprisoned were punished for the repression. In the case of Jorge Mario Roitman, the aggressor was penalized. Case Flights of death several punishments happen through in part with the documents provided. Alfredo Astiz case sentenced to life imprisonment. in Argentine

O Projeto Brasil Nunca Mais é um marco político e social. A Comissão Nacional da Verdade (CNV), atrelada à Lei nº 12.528, instaurou investigação na busca da verdade para os familiares e à sociedade brasileira e contabilizou por volta de 20 mil mortos. Tendo que se conceituar Ditadura, Totalitarismo e Tortura. Para o entendimento da Ditadura no Brasil (1964) discorre-se sobre o Destacamento de Operações de Informação - Centro de Operações de Defesa Interna (DOI-CODI), o Ato Institucional (AI*5) decretado no Brasil. Nos casos de torturas expostos na Comissão Nacional da Verdade (CNV) e seu relatório final 2014 que tratou de todos os casos expostos de mortos, desaparecidos, perseguidos civis e militares e seus desfechos nos casos. O artigo será tratado casos de relevância política, religiosa, da prisão de repressores que causaram repercussão na imprensa os casos citados da CNV como: José Manuel da Silva, Aurora Maria Nascimento Furtado e Vladimir Herzog com parecer da Corte Interamericana dos Direitos Humanos. Também será incluída a ditadura na Argentina no Golpe Militar (1966) que se fundou a Escudela de Mecânica Armada (ESMA) e que apresentam casos de tortura e desparecimento forçado, dando origem ao movimento “Avós da Praça de Maio” e a Comissão Nacional sobre o Desaparecimento de Pessoas (CONADEP), que por sua vez contabilizou por volta de 30 mil mortos na ditadura. Casos de torturas serão relatados como casos Jorge Mario Roitman, Voos da Morte do Rio da Prata e Alfredo Astiz. Sendo importantes a população e a mídia argentina que geraram protestos em Buenos Aires, por perseguição política e religiosa. O Resultado estatístico Comissão Nacional da Verdade brasileira: 434 mortes e 210 desaparecidas, 33 corpos localizados e 6.591 militares perseguidos, 237 sindicatos sob intervenção. Tendo 377 agentes responsabilizados. Sendo o total de mortes e desaparecidos por volta de 20 mil. Os desfechos: Caso José Manuel da Silva anistiado político post mortem. Caso Aurora Maria Nascimento Furtado reconheceu a culpa do Estado Brasileiro. Caso Vladimir Herzog ganhou um instituto com o seu nome. Na Argentina o um saldo de 340 campos clandestinos, 8.571 mortos ou desaparecidos. Em 2012, foram punidos 266 condenados e 593 presos pela repressão. Caso Jorge Mario Roitman o agressor foi penalizado. Caso Voos da morte várias punições acontecem através em parte com os documentos fornecidos.
