This work aims to bring studies related to the Conservatório Parque Dom Pedro project, located in the central region of the metropolitan capital of São Paulo. The project is based on the premise of the importance of music for people, and how a music school can contribute to a richer, stronger and more diversified culture, serving as a means for uniting people of all classes. In addition, as I have a connection with music, as I have been in contact with musical instruments since I was a child, I always wanted to improve my knowledge in a music school; however, I realized early on that it was not very accessible for me, because to be able to attend a music school, I had to travel long distances and / or have large amounts of money, which made my desire unfeasible. In this way, it was thought to create in the center of São Paulo a space that is accessible for all and that is multipurpose, where it can have commerce, services, cultural spaces and especially spaces for musical presentations and music education. Thus welcoming people of the most varied possible that end up converging and coming together thanks to the power of music. In this monographic work there are several studies, such as: urban studies and projects, which served as a basis and inspiration for the Conservatório Parque Dom Pedro project to take shape; studies of current legislation, required by the local public agency, providing the building's implementation in a legal manner and following the required standards; technical drawings such as plans, cuts and elevations, graphic and three-dimensional representations so that they can assist in understanding and thus making the proposal clear. Therefore, this project was developed for the insertion of a space that makes it possible for anyone to access culture and music, adding spaces with different uses (such as shops and services), being useful for all the people who visit the place.
