Resumo: Next, the course conclusion work of the Publicity and Propaganda students at Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul, Anália Franco campus, will be developed. Choosing a client that would match the agency's proposals for the development of this work in question had not been a simple task. Finding a client that was fully aligned with our ideals proved to be more difficult than we thought, until we found Guga Esmaltes. With more than 25 years of presence in the market, Guga Esmaltes proposes to be the face of the new generation without losing its old and loyal clientele. In the words of the current CEO, “we want to be the nail polish that is passed from mother to daughter. We want to reach the new and maintain the loyalty of our older customers”. Tradition and innovation seem to be two vectors opposed to each other, however, as we will see below, it is fully possible to integrate these two audiences in a single scope: to renew without losing the affection achieved by the excellence and presence of the brand. In order to integrate new concepts about inclusion and modernity in general into communication, we will develop a communication that is pleasant to the most conserved public, but that still contemplates the younger and more modern public. Market analyses, studies of the factors that constitute the brand as it is seen and analysis of the trends that swarm in the market are some of the tools that will be widely used to develop the proposal presented above. We emphasize that the purpose of this work is not to contemplate controversial topics in a bizarre and absurd way, since the clear orientation is that we keep as our guideline the respect for traditions, however themes that aim at the inclusion of groups that were not previously contemplated in this type of propaganda, were widely encouraged. We conclude that the bases of our excerpt will be innovation, tradition and consistency, which make up a basis for the elaboration of a light and present communication, faithful to the public of Guga Esmaltes.

A escolha de um cliente que condizesse com as propostas da agência para o desenvolvimento deste trabalho em questão, não fora de fato uma tarefa simples. Encontrar um cliente que estivesse plenamente alinhado com nossos ideais mostrou ser mais difícil do que pensávamos, até encontrarmos a Guga Esmaltes. Com mais de 25 anos de presença no mercado, a Guga Esmaltes traz a proposta de ser a cara da nova geração sem perder sua antiga e fiel clientela. Nas palavras do atual CEO, “queremos ser o esmalte que é passado de mãe para filha. Queremos atingir o novo e manter a fidelidade de nossos clientes mais antigos”. Tradição e inovação parecem ser dois fatores vetorialmente opostos um ao outro, no entanto, como veremos a seguir é plenamente possível integrar estes dois públicos em um único escopo: o de renovar sem perder a afetividade conquistada pela excelência e presença da marca. Visando integrar à comunicação conceitos inéditos sobre inclusão e modernidade em geral, desenvolveremos a seguir uma comunicação que seja agradável ao público mais conservado, mas que ainda sim contemple ao público mais jovem e moderno. Análises mercadológicas, estudos dos fatores que constituem a marca como ela é vista e análises das tendências que fervilham no mercado são algumas das ferramentas que serão amplamente utilizadas para que se desenvolva a proposta anteriormente apresentada. Ressaltamos que a proposta deste trabalho não é contemplar temas polêmicos de forma esdrúxula e estapafúrdia, já que a clara orientação é de que mantivéssemos como nosso norte o respeito às tradições, no entanto temas que visam a inclusão de grupos que antes não eram contemplados neste tipo de propaganda, nos foram amplamente encorajados.
