Resumo: The cooperation networks consist in companies' connections to reach a common goal. In Curitiba, these networks are found within companies conglomerates. Due to a great personal interest and academic background, this study aims to to analyze the cooperation networks in the services sector - specifically in the Santa Felicidade restaurants. The research objective is to perform a diagnosis of the restaurants' relationship towards a shared objective. The problem to be analyzed is how a network structure and its management can affect the development of a cooperation network. This analysis is necessary, as market landmarks had changed, and the companies search for new ways of survival and growth. To reach the proposed goal, first we analyzed the management systems, cluster, cooperation networks, the network stages and development. Finally, an interview schedule was performed in the Santa Felicidade restaurants, to cross information between the theory and the practice in the network. These interviews were thoroughly described and the network typology and the current situation of the restaurants inside the Santa Felicidade Cluster were analyzed.

Na cidade de Curitiba, essas redes são encontradas em aglomerados de empresas. Devido um vasto interesse pessoal somado a formação acadêmica, esse estudo busca analisar as redes de cooperação no setor de serviços – especificamente nos restaurantes de Santa Felicidade. O objetivo da pesquisa é criar um diagnóstico do relacionamento dos restaurantes com relação a um objetivo comum. A problemática a ser analisada é como a estrutura de uma rede e sua governança podem influenciar no desenvolvimento de um rede de cooperação? Faz-se necessária essa análise, pois devido às mudanças de paradigmas mercadológicos, as empresas buscam novas formas de sobrevivência e crescimento. Para atingir o objetivo proposto, primeiramente procurou-se analisar teoricamente grande parte das publicações relacionadas com o assunto. Posteriormente, foi feita uma análise dos sistemas de governança, custer, redes de cooperação, estágios de uma rede e desenvolvimento da mesma. Agregando valor ao estudo e finalizando a pesquisa, foi feita elaborado um roteiro de entrevista com os restaurantes de Santa Felicidade buscando cruzar as informações teóricas com a prática adotada dentro da rede.
