Resumo: The curricular internship in veterinary medicine is a pedagogical practice that allows students to experience professional experiences, bringing them closer to the routine of the veterinarian. The place chosen for the internship during the period from March 7 to June 30, 2022 was the Vetis Veterinary Analysis Center, located in the Gatices Veterinary Hospital in Caxias do Sul. The objective of the internship was to improve knowledge and techniques related to clinical pathology. During the internship period, the activities consisted of monitoring the laboratory routine, performing techniques related to hematological, biochemical, microbiological and parasitological exams. This report describes the activities carried out in each monitored sector, in addition to the report and discussion of three cases chosen among those monitored: Uroperitoneum due to urethral obstruction by urolith in a feline, Sporotrichosis in a feline and Diabetes Mellitus in a feline.

O local escolhido para o estágio durante o período de 07 de março a 30 de junho de 2022 foi o Vetis Centro de Análise Veterinárias, localizado anexo ao Hospital Veterinário Gatices em Caxias do Sul. O objetivo do estágio foi aprimorar o conhecimento e técnicas relacionadas à patologia clínica. Durante o período de estágio as atividades desenvolvidas consistiram no acompanhamento da rotina laboratorial, execução de técnicas referentes aos exames hematológicos, bioquímicos, microbiológicos e parasitológicos.
